Custom Home - Haverford Township, Delaware County
This is a 2,100 s.f custom home being built in Haverford. The clients are downsizing and wanted something that reminded them of a Florida rancher on the inside while still fitting smoothly into the existing neighborhood. One issue was a busy road on the left side of the property. We addressed this by creating a courtyard entrance that gives the homeowners a great view of the neighborhood and allows the house to be used to block the noise from the roadway.
Custom Home - Lower Merion Township
This is a 3,000 s.f. home with a very nice layout. Entering the foyer there is an office to the left. Next to the office is a mudroom with a powder room, coat closet and cubbies for the kids. Just past the beautiful switchback staircase is the gourmet kitchen, and bright, open breakfast area that opens into the family room. The formal dining room, with a beautiful, lighted box ceiling s accessible from the kitchen and the family room. The second floor has four bedrooms including a spacious master suite with a sitting room, private bath, and great walk in closet. The second bedroom is a princess suite with a private bath while the other bedrooms share a large hall bath. The laundry room is also on the second floor. Construction by Falcone Signature Homes.
