Total home make over

The homeowners found this small house about two blocks from the Delaware Valley Yacht Club. A few other homes in the neighborhood had already been renovated and they decided to take this house and make it the home of their dreams. We doubled the size of the existing house. Along with the 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths is an In-law suite, a home office, and a small wine cellar. We also created a new gourmet kitchen with a breakfast area and a larger dining room. they also wanted a formal entry with a side alcove as a seating area for the baby grand piano.

Kitchen & family room addition

The clients were looking for a new kitchen and also wanted to add a family room out the rear of the home. We also enlarged the opening from the entry foyer to the existing living room and created a quaint powder room area on the right side of the home. The design also includes a family entry and gardening room on the left side of the home behind the existing garage. On the second floor we added a new master bath out over the new kitchen below. Home / office addition

The homeowners of this Radnor Twp. residence moved from Maine and wanted to start a fine arts and antique business in Wayne. They needed an in home office and wanted to give a new, fresh look to an older home. We created a large kitchen and breakfast area along with a new family entrance on the first floor. We designed the new office space over the existing garage. We also created a new master bedroom suite on the second floor by expanding out over the new kitchen below and redesigning the small, existing master bath. Construction by J.
