Caln A.A.
When the Caln Athletic Assoc. decided they needed a new snack bar, J2H Designs was able to create a large section of the municipal complex to show the relationships between the ball fields, nearby roads, and areas available for pedestrians and young ball players. This "site plan" allowed us to place the new building on the site for maximum accessibility and safety for everyone.
Outdoor living space
Our client has lived on this beautiful horse farm in Glenmoore for quite some time. They had always used the outdoor patio as a place for the grill but always wanted to use it as living space in the warmer weather. After sitting down and discussing all the options, J2H Designs created a beautiful outdoor family room complete with a Rumford fireplace. The standing seam copper roof allows the family to use the space as long as the temperature is warm enough, regardless of the weather, while the pergola end of the room still allows plenty of light and cool breezes to enter the space in the warmer months. Once the temperatures get a little colder the fireplace gives off great heat and light for entertaining by the bar or just relaxing on fall evening.
Bridal Shop
Our client came to us after purchasing this building in Haverford that had been home to a long established wooden sign and engraving shop. We took the existing spaces and created a shop, fitting rooms and a complete sewing / tailoring facility in the old wood shop. We also included a display window on the left that is illuminated at night as advertising.
Ceton Court
Ceton Court is a 22 home subdivision in Marple Township, Delaware County. J2H Designs created three original floor plans and elevations for the neighborhood along with four custom homes on some of the more challenging homesites.
